1. What topics will be covered at the summit?
Our speakers will cover a broad range of lifestyle topics, including but not limited to the following.


Food
Low histamine diets have been beneficial for many long haulers. Part of the pathology is linked to histamine overload. Intermittent fasting helps induce autophagy and clear out residual spike protein, which may be triggering symptoms. If you're new to fasting, we've got your back! Our experts will teach you how to ease into it.

Most patients cannot tolerate anything beyond Zone 2 exercise, and many have significant trouble sleeping. We know what you're going through, and we'll direct you to the resources and techniques you need to overcome these problems so you'll have the energy to tackle the rest.
